FINDING YOUR INNER ROAR
Fear, Pain, and Courage
When we think about #thinkingcourageously, it's important to consider the role that fear and pain play in creating a courageous mindset. We fear things that cause us pain. We avoid them... Often times, we step around the fear vs. going through it. As the old adage says "pain is inevitable, suffering is optional." In this episode, I talk about the importance of unleashing the pain and creating the space for courage.

THE ART OF THE PIVOT
For many of my clients, "change" is a scary word filled with lots of emotion. I am a lover of change but prefer to call these recalibrations, pivots. I like to think of change as a continuum of pivots.
In this episode, I'm defining the four levels of pivots; the tweak, the U-Turn, the refocus, and the full pivot. I'll also share the iPEC model of change which includes the shuffle, the deal, playing the game and the toss in.
